At Buckingham Football Club Youth, your child’s safety and well-being are our top priority. We are proud to be a 3-star FA-accredited club, and as such, we strictly follow FA safeguarding policies and best practices.

Full Safeguarding Coverage

Our club ensures:
  • All coaches and team staff hold valid DBS clearances
  • FA Safeguarding training completed within the last 3 years 
  • Rapid and confidential handling of any welfare concerns

All coaches and club officials complete The FA’s safeguarding training. Ongoing education and updates are also provided to keep everyone informed on the latest best practices.

Bullying, abuse, or any inappropriate behaviour is not tolerated. We have clear procedures in place to report, investigate, and take action on any incidents to ensure a positive environment for all players.

Yes. All coaches, assistants, and volunteers working with children are required to undergo an FA-approved DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check before taking up their role.
